DIY Vanity tray

For my first DIY project, I decided to create a quick and simple vanity tray! I always loved the look of displaying fragrances, mists and body sprays on a cute litte tray. I found it hard to find the perfect one at the right price. After doing a little searching, I found some instructions for creating my own version of a vanity tray and I love it! Here's the directions with some photos too!

Materials:

- 1 Picture frame (The size of your choosing, and the frame type you prefer)
- Cardstock in your choice of color and pattern
- Scissors

Step 1:

Cut off the part of the frame that would allow it to be propped up. It should look the photo below when done. This ensures it will sit flat nicely.

Step 2:

Cut your cardstock to fit on the glass . The cardstock I used didn't fit perfectly, but it is not noticable when turned around. I also placed a piece of tape (optional) to keep the two pieces of cardstock I used from slipping around. But it shouldn't be needed if your pieces of cardstock are larger.

Step 3:

Close up the frame and you are all done! Time to place all your gorgeous bottles on it!

I hope you enjoyed this super simple and quick tutorial! Let me know what other types of DIY projects you would like to see!

xx, Lexy
