February has finally drawn to a close and spring is near! This month I have tried out some new products and rediscovered some old favorites. Here are my top 5 favorites of the month.
Flat Top Kabuki
This month I decided to start using my flat top kabuki again. I used to use this to apply my foundation everyday until I became addicted to my beautyblender. I still am addicted to my beautyblender, but I really love using the brush to apply my foundation then go in with my beautyblender to even everything out and make my skin look flawless. I found that this combination has really made a difference to avoid over application of my foundation and a flawless finish. I highly suggest trying out this two step process.
Butter London Yummy Mummy
I won't spend too much time gushing on how much I love this polish since I just put up a review a week ago. I will say it has been my go to polish for the month and a new holy grail neutral polish.
Estee Lauder Double Wear
For the past month and a half, I have been loving using my double wear foundation again. It is a higher coverage foundation, so it isn't for everyone, but I have had breakouts and redness, so this foundation has done a great job at concealing them.
Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Dazzled
Its no secret that I absolutely love Tarte blushes. I brought Dazzled back with me to LA after winter break and it was used on and off in january, but I used it a lot more in february as a subtle mauve blush shade. The formula of these blushes are incredible and they wear amazingly well throughout the day and are highly pigmented. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a long wearing blush.
Summer Grace
Even though we are pretty far from summer, I have been loving using my summer grace fragrance. It is a beautiful light floral scent that lasts a significant amount of time on me. It smells great when you first apply it, but also the next day. I often grab my sweater the next morning and wonder what perfume I wore the previous day because it still smells great.
